Rainbow of Faith Praise Dancers

Launched by Liesta Sykes and choreographed by Benjamin Boamah, these ladies minister to the church, outside church events and sometimes schools for special occasions, through dance. Psalms 149:3 states, “Let them praise his name in the dance…”, and these ladies do exactly that.

The Welcoming/Hospitality Committee

This committee that is headed by Cheryl Boamah, is the face of the morning service. They welcome visitors with their bright smiles, positive attitudes, Sunday Morning waves to passing cars and gifts to those that have decided to join Sunday Morning Worship as a guest. Hebrews 13:2 “be not forgetful to entertain strangers; for there by some have entertained angels unawares”.

The Wellness Ministry

This ministry that is under the guidance of Beryl Pope, educates the community about health, well-being and proper eating habits and diabetes.

Children’s Church

Proverbs 22:6“Train up a child in the way that he should go; even when he is old, he will not depart from it”. This is the founding statement of this ministry that is under the leadership of Larry Brown. This service takes place every Sunday Morning for children ages 5-12, during regular service, except for Youth Sunday which is 4th Sunday.

Feeding Ministry

This ministry is brought to us in part by Metropolitan Ministry Food Bank. Here, Ted Taylor feeds the community with the word of the Lord and Anne-Mae Woodard feeds them with food, so no one is left without an empty stomach nor soul, from the hours of 12pm-1pm every Tuesday and Thursday.
